Terms and Conditions
All payments are due upon registration. Receipt will be issued upon receiving of the full course payment. Refer to Replacement/Deferment/Withdrawal of Course for any changes to registration.
Method of Registration
All courses registration must be registered online using the online registration form. Seats are limited. Registration is on a
first-come, first serve basis. Walk-in applicants are not allowed. Confirmation of registration is upon receiving the
payment. No invoice will be issued. Upon receiving the payment, the applicant will receive official course registration form
within three (3) working days in the email. The applicant must filled up the official form and return two (2) weeks before
the commencement of the course to email@example.com. Failure to return the official registration form may
delay the mailing of the course examination results to the applicant.
Replacement/Deferment/Withdrawal of Course
- Request for replacement in writing must reach firstname.lastname@example.org two (2) weeks before the
commencement date of the course . No administrative charge.
- Request for deferment in writing must reach email@example.com at least three (3) weeks before the
commencement date of the course . An administrative fee of 30% of the full fee is chargeable.
- Request for withdrawal in writing that reaches firstname.lastname@example.org at least three (3) weeks before the
commencement date of the course . 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Request for withdrawal or deferment in writing that reaches email@example.com less than (3) weeks before
the commencement date of the course . No refund of the amount paid.
EfficienTerra Services (ETaS) reserves the right to amend the course details. In the event of course cancellation by ETaS
due to unforeseen circumstances, the applicant can either request for a full refund of the amount paid or defer the course
to next available date. No administrative charge for course deferment in this case.
